Cancellation & Refund policy
Here are our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more prior to your arrival time, there is no cancellation charges applicable.
- If cancellation is received between 0-72 hours of the arrival time - one night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- In case guests doesn't Show up on check-in date - the entire booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
The refund process will be initated within 48 of receiving the cancellation request and the payment should be credited with 5-7 business days after initiating the refund.
If you do not show-up (No Show) on the intended check-in date, the entire booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
